GP Receptionist/Patient Advisor (Part Time Temporary Post)

Saltcoats Group Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and committed receptionist to join our modern, forward thinking team on a part time temporary basis.

We are a multidisciplinary practice with around 10,200 patients. We currently have 7 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GP’s, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 2 Practice Nurses, 1 Healthcare Assistant and a full complement of attached staff including Pharmacists, Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner and Community Link Worker. The ideal candidate will provide an excellent administrative service to support the needs of the practice – specifically working with the public and assisting in optimising workflow.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills. IT experience would be advantageous and having previously worked in general practice. Knowledge of EMIS & Docman is essential. Salary commensurate with experience. Temporary position but hours for future holiday cover may be available.
