Beith Health Centre would like to invite applications from enthusiastic, self-motivated and conscientious doctors to join us. Your personality will count the most, so we are open to discussion regarding your role within the practice as a Salaried GP. Sessional commitment, days and start dates are flexible for the right candidate.

The practice is situated within a 20 minute drive to Glasgow airport and easily accessible from Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and Glasgow for candidates not from Ayrshire.
We are a progressive, GMS practice, with a high reputation locally and high patient satisfaction scores. This is made possible by a well organised team including 2 partners, a salaried GP and 2 ANPs/Practice Nurses who also manages our chronic disease patients. We also have a vastly experienced Health Care Assistant and a very friendly reception team. We cover a practice population of almost 6000 patients with a mixed demographic. We use EMIS, Docman and eConsult to aid clinical staff. In line with NHS Ayrshire and Arran extended hours policy, all calls are received by the practice between 8.30am and 5.30pm. All calls received out with these times are handled by NHS24.
We are based in a Health Centre building owned by the Health Board with a multidisciplinary team including district nurses on site with health visitors, podiatrists, and midwife input.
We have a full complement of allied medical professionals including:
- Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist,
- Mental Health Practitioner,
- Pharmacist and Pharmacist Technician
- Community Treatment nursing team.
- Community Link Worker
