We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our close-knit practice team, initially for 4 sessions per week, with the potential to increase to 6–8 sessions over time, if desired.
We understand that finding the right fit is important. Therefore we offer the opportunity to start with locum sessions, with a view to transitioning into a salaried post, allowing you to get to know the team and practice at your own pace.

Equally important is how we look after each other. You’ll be joining a supportive, approachable team who genuinely enjoy working together. From experienced GPs to our excellent nursing, MDT and administrative colleagues, we work collaboratively, share knowledge, and make sure no one feels on their own during a busy day. Our twice-daily informal catch-ups over coffee bring together the wider MDT, providing a valued opportunity to share knowledge, support one another, and strengthen our collaborative way of working—an approach that is appreciated by the whole team.
The Role
- 4 sessions per week (with option to increase if desired)

Location
Our practice is located in the historic town of Kilwinning on the beautiful North Ayrshire coast. The town itself offers a strong sense of community alongside excellent local amenities. The Ayrshire coast provides a fantastic quality of life, complemented by excellent road and rail connections for easy commuting from surrounding towns and cities.
