We are delighted to announce the launch of our new website with a renewed focus on the MDT and the contributions that all of our colleagues make to the primary care team that delivers the right care, from the right person, to the right person at the right time!
We plan to continue to invest in this site to make a wider range of resources available to our team. Also we’re doing it under budget and on time and we’re aiming to produce resources for the entire team. When we say our values are respect, sustainability and integrity, we mean it.
